How much does an NDIS provider website cost?
$199 for a one-page site or $499 for a five-page site, plus $39 a month for hosting and care. Prefer nothing upfront? The five-page site is $79 a month for 12 months, all in. Most one-off quotes sit between $1,500 and $3,000.
Do I pay before I see anything?
No. After our call we design your homepage. You only pay once you've approved it, then we build the rest.
Is my website accessible for people with disability?
Yes. We design to WCAG 2.2 AA: clear fonts, strong colour contrast, plain-English wording, and pages that work with screen readers and keyboard navigation.
Why is it cheaper than other agencies?
We've built a process that works: one call, a proven structure for NDIS providers, and no account managers or big office to pay for. You still get a custom, accessible design written for your business by an Australian team.
Can my website show client reviews?
It depends on your registration. If you're AHPRA-registered, like physios, OTs and psychologists, testimonials about clinical care aren't allowed in advertising, so we build trust with your qualifications, approach and team instead. Other providers can usually feature reviews.
Am I locked in?
Hosting and care is month to month. The $79 monthly plan has a 12-month minimum because we cover the build upfront, then it drops to $39 a month for hosting and care.
How long does it take?
We'll send your homepage design a few days after our call, and most NDIS provider websites are live within about two weeks.
Do I need to be NDIS-registered?
No. We build for registered and unregistered providers. We'll describe your registration status accurately and make it clear who you can support, since unregistered providers work with self-managed and plan-managed participants.
Do I own my website and domain?
Yes. The domain is registered in your business's name and the content is yours. On the upfront options the design is yours from day one. On the monthly plan, it's yours after 12 months.
What if I already have a website?
No problem. We'll rebuild it properly, move it across and take over hosting and care, so it's off your plate.
